We are the ones sending last-minute emails, updating spreadsheets at midnight, and wondering if anyone actually saw the message.

We have been the director, the volunteer wrangler, the person holding everything together with coffee and hope.

We know what it feels like when everything is almost working… and somehow still chaos.

We didn't mean to build an entire program… but here we are.
